We run a small editorial resource about everyday nutrition, sleep, and recovery habits, and we keep the data side just as simple as the reading side. There is no account area, no newsletter gate, and no advertising profile built from what you read.
Personal data
Two kinds of information reach us: what you type into the contact form, and the basic technical traces any web host records. Nothing else is gathered, and nothing is asked of you before you can read an article.
The technical traces stay broad. They show that someone opened a page, not who that person is, and they are not used to build a profile of your reading habits.
Contact form message
Your name, your email address, and the content of the message you choose to send. This is the only place the site asks for anything about you.
Technical data
Browser type, approximate request time, and which pages were opened — recorded by the hosting environment for security and performance purposes. Not linked to your name.
What we do not collect
No account registration, no payment details, no health records, and no sensitive data of any kind. Every article on this site is readable without giving us anything.
